Very disappointed with expensive anniversary floral arrangement. Ordered online 2 days in advance Classic Love Red Rose bouquet with 18 roses in vase with gold band around the bottom. Went to pickup day of anniversary and without notifying me, manager substituted a plain red glass vase. The pictured vases on website are supposedly on back order since Mother’s Day but they didn’t notify me when order was placed. Wouldn’t discount the order and substituted a box of candy which my wife cannot eat. Manager was unavailable and clerk just blamed the manager. Recommend not using this florist for expensive orders for day of event as they seem to have changed what used to be a higher standard of integrity.

This florist handled my urgent order very professionally. The flowers arrived quickly and were arranged in a soft, elegant style that felt very appropriate. The freshness and presentation were both excellent. I liked how easy the process was, even with limited time. Everything arrived safely and without any issues. It felt like a dependable service that understands emotional situations well.

The people that work at Devine Floral are truly awesome and so caring. I ordered flowers and card for one of my employees who ended up in the hospital unexpectedly. Unfortunately he was in ICU and couldn’t have flowers delivered to his room. Kim put the order on hold and checked back in with me every couple of days to see if anything had changed. He’s been in ICU weeks now and we decided to cancel the order for now - but I will be making Devine Floral my florist for when he’s able to get deliveries and anytime in the future. Compassion isn’t that common anymore and Kim was truly an angel.

I’ve received MANY flower deliveries in the past- My amazing husband is very thoughtful and sends flowers for all kinds of occasions. I only mention this because this is the most beautiful arrangement of flowers I have received in quite some time. He’s sent me some gigantic arrangements before that have been absolutely stunning, but the flowers in this particular arrangement are absolutely perfect! These were delivered on Monday, and there is no sign of wilting or dying…. These flowers are blooming like crazy and they almost look better today than they did when I received them- AND they smell AMAZING! The delivery driver even waited in the rain for at least 2 minutes (took me a while to get to the door) and was extremely friendly! Thank you for your quality and service!
